Refund Policy

Our products are 100% custom-made to fit your animal’s unique needs and anatomy. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds once fabrication has started.

If fabrication has not begun, you may request a refund. We will deduct $100 to cover the cost of the casting kit and shipping.

After a device is built, we guarantee a proper fit and will make necessary adjustments. However, we cannot offer refunds due to the custom nature of our products. While most animals adapt well with practice, we cannot guarantee acceptance.

Adjustment Policy

To request adjustments, contact Specialized Pet Solutions within 30 days of receiving your product. You must return the device within this 30-day window.

Refurbish Policy

We can refurbish most devices by replacing padding, straps, and liners for a fee. This service is available when devices become worn or heavily used.
