Turnaround Time

• Braces: Ships within 3–5 business days
• Prosthetics: Ships within 2–3 weeks

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using:

• USPS
• FedEx

Order Tracking

If available, we’ll provide a tracking number once your order ships. Please note: USPS First Class Mail may not include tracking.

Back Orders

If an item is on back order:

• We’ll ship the in-stock items first.
• The remaining items will ship once available.
• No extra shipping charges will apply for the second shipment.
