Refund and Returns Policy

Refund Policy:

As our products are 100% custom and tailored to your animals needs and anatomy therefore we can not offer a refund.  We can guarantee fit and will make adjustments to ensure a proper fit.  However we are unable to offer refunds due to the custom nature of our products.  We can not guarantee animal acceptance although most animals adapt very well to our devices with a little practice.  

Adjustment Policy:

Customer must contact Specialized Pet Solutions within 30 days of receiving product to request any needed adjustments to their custom device.  

Refurbish Policy:

We can refurbish a device with new padding, straps and liners for a fee if they become well worn/used and need to be replaced.
